Hey guys! Time for some make-up...didn't show anything in a long time!
My friend was a bridesmaid , the wedding being a few weeks back. I took some face charts to her and tried what she liked. This is what she picked:
We went at first for a bit darker look, but picked this one in the end. The look is fairly easy, needing only 5 colors, but you need to take your time to blend the colors. So let's go!
Started with a flesh color on the entire lid, passing slightly the crease. In the crease, use a red brown, blending it in on the end of the eye and close to the inner corner. With a chocolate brown, emphasize the outer corner, putting it also on the lower lashes and connecting.
On the lid, use a gold shadow or pigment for an even more eye catching look, blending it in the flesh color one. In the end, use a white or bone shade on the inner corner, under the brow and lower lashline, blending it with the chocolate. That is kinda it for colors...
With a gel, liquid or cake eyeliner, line your top lash line, making a longer than usual wing and a little bit thicker. On the lower lash line, use a waterproof pencil in a beige color, white making the look a little off.
Brush mascara through your lashes and wait for them to dry just a little. I used on my friend only half lashes, for one, because she is not used to them...and second, because she already has incredible long and full lashes. Brush some mascara again to blend the lashes.
On the face, I used her foundation, concealer and powder (I don't remember very well from where they were). But I did first the eye make up, and the face after, cleaning up any fall out in this way. She already had a very tanned skin, so I used only a little bronzer and a peach blush.
Lined the lips with a pink beige and used a nude cream lipstick, thinking it was easier for her to just apply a lipstick than an entire arsenal.
For the hair, started by teasing the crown. I put it all in a side pony tail and curled it. After this, I pinned every curl around the base of the tail. At the end, to hide the pins, I took one strand and twirled it around the entire bun. I do have to mention she has such a thick and voluminous hair, working with it was a pleasure! Hair spray to fix it and tame any baby hairs.
Thus been said, the final result was amassing:
What I used:
For the face: * Foundation, concealer, powder were hers;
* Miss Sporty, Bronzing Powder, shade Sun Kissed;
* Blush from the Sephora pallet, "Tango in Buenos Aires";
For the eyes: * Perfect eyes,"I *heart* just you"( No.1);
* Sephora Pallete, "Coffee in New York" (first row, second shade up and second row, first color);
* E. Funkhouser creme eye liner, shade Graphite;
* Seventeen Creamy eye liner, shade White Light.
For the lips: * Sephora lip crayon. shade 114;
* Kiko lipstick, shade 92 (Natural).
Hope it was helpful!Have a nice week!
Kissu
