Hey guys! I hope you are all well!
We continue our bridal series with a softer, golden copper and purple look. It's simple, easy to do and won't feel like a lot is on.
Basically, I used 4 colors...Copper, gold, a deep plum and a soft shimmery white. Used the gold on the entire lid at first, darkened the outer corner and half of the crease with the plum, blending the two with the amber, while pulling it close to the inside cornet and up to the brow. The white was then used to highlight and make a blended line of the plum. Added mascara and lined the lower waterline of my eye. Simple, huh?
Face is also lightly done. Peach blush, a dash of bronzer on the hallows of the cheeks and temples, with a buttery yellow as a highlight on my forehead, nose, upper lip and chin.
What I used:
Face:
*mix between Stay Matte Foundation, shade 1 + a bit of shade 6 + Artistry Self Defining Sheer Foundation, shade Fawn;
* Farmasi, Camouflage Concealer Liquid, shade 03;
* Farmasi, Happy Face powder, shade 03;
* Farmasi, Tender Blush On, shade 169;
* Miss Sporty, Bronzing Powder, shade Sun Kissed;
* Miss Sporty, Mono Eye Shadow, shade 111 Tender.
Eyes:
* I <3 Just U, Perfect Eyes, Set no.1 (second row, second color, copper);
* Oriflame, Mono Eye Shadow Visions, shade Chic;
* Bourjois, Mono Eye Shadow, shade 71 Raffine;
* Ada liner, shade black;
* Farmasi, Catwalk Illusion Mascara, shade black.
Lips:
* Farmasi, Gleam Rouge Liquid Lipstick, shades 13+20;
*Bourjois, Effet 3D Les nudes, shade 35 Nude egeric.
Hope you enjoy it!
Kissu!
P.s.: Yes...I do dye my hair myself. I went through a lot of colors, but mostly I use either Syoss products (during winter) or henna (during summer). I dye it, now, after about 3 month (in winter) and once or twice in summer (cuz' you can't really keep a nice long color with the sun and sea, during the hot months). Right now I have a mix of: full pack of "Chocolate Brown" + half pack "Intense red" + 1/4 "Dark brown", all Syoss. If you want to know how I do it, some tips and trick, please comment below. Kissu!

Alverde Natur Kosmetik - Camouflage
Hey guys! Hope your all well!
I want to share with you some facts about a brand I have known for some time now...but only just recently brought from: Alverde. (see link here) (or in Romanian)
Alverde is a DM Drogerie Markt, german brand, almost entirely VEGAN! I say almost because a few products, like chapsticks and hand cream, contain beeswax. You can find a list of the ingredients here. And also....you can find more details on the brand itself, by reading the post of another blogger, and user of the products, "That's the break's Blog".
From the very start I can say that I'm in love with it! It's more than affordable....I paid around 20 lei (sooo....less than 5 euro? ^^ give or take), the pay off from the tinniest amount is incredible, the consistency being very creamy, yet light, perfect for both blemishes and under eye area (cuz' I do hope you know....that softer, liquid like products are better for under the eyes...and creamier ones, for face and neck line). It blends well and it's a bit more on the full coverage side (funny, since it's so light).
I have yet to put it on my face....since I go straight to the bathroom and take my make-up off, when I get home...but as you can see from the pictures, the coverage on my hand cuts (I'm still trying to teach the bunny to talk and tell me when she wants down from my arms *laughs loudly*) is pretty good! Also, the amount, in the pan, is more than sufficient! I'm really pleased with the product and I am looking forward to getting more from the brand. *kicks away all her nearly ending products, grinning innocently*
The color I picked out is 002 "Beige". There were also "Sand" and "Strawberry", only as a tester. But I'm again giving a shout out:
PLEASE, IF YOU DON'T FIND TESTERS, ASK FOR THEM! DON'T OPEN THE CONTAINING PACKS! OTHER PEOPLE MIGHT JUST WANT TO GET THEM AFTER YOU OPEN THEM! IF THERE AIN'T A TESTER AND THE SALES PERSON TELLS YOU TO OPEN IT, LOOK AND SEE IF ONE PRODUCT IS ALREADY OPEN...BUT DON'T OPEN THEM ALL AT ONCE!
I think you guessed my problem....ALL....*sighs* seriously....all of the products were opened...and they didn't have any extra >< *mutters under her breath*. And lets say the sales lady....wasn't really...wanting to be helpful. In the end...I found one that was just pinched slightly (sending out my thanks to those that actually get the idea, to test lightly), took it and ran!! :))
But in the end....I love the product! Have you tried anything from Alverde? How do you find their line?
Hope it was helpful!
Kissu

Seventeen Look - Stylish Bride ( Bridal Catalog 2010 )
This is a look I personally fell in love with, when I received the catalog. Although, I find it a bit too heavy for bridal makeup...maybe some will like it. *grins*
Since Spring is coming and a lot of couples choose this season to get "hitched" *giggles*, I thought that I should have a head start on some looks that can work both ways... bridal or...whatever your pick is.
So....a purply silver look. The magazine said that the make-up artists used only two colors...but I kind of felt the need for an extra purple dash ( I hope I'm not turning into a blind bat *giggles* ). But in the end, I only used 4 colors: silver, white, plum and black. The look is fairly simple, but you need a steady hand and time to blend the colors nicely. Line and mascara, and the eyes are done! I kept the face fairly simple....a baby pink blush and just a little bronzer, to contour and warm up the face. Lips also fair....peach colored lipgloss.
What I used:
Face: *mix between Stay Matte Foundation, shade 1 + a bit of shade 6 + Artistry Self Defining Sheer Foundation, shade Fawn;
* Farmasi, Camouflage Concealer Liquid, shade 03;
* Farmasi, Happy Face powder, shade 03;
* Elf, Natural Radiance Blusher, shade Innocence;
* Miss Sporty, Bronzing Powder, shade Sun Kissed;
Eyes: * Sephora Pallet (purples and blacks);
* Ada liner, shade black;
* E. Funkhouser creme eye liner, shade Graphite;
* Farmasi, Catwalk Illusion Mascara, shade black.
Lips: * Sephora Collections Lipgloss, shade nude.
I hope you enjoy it!!

Give me some sweet pink funk - a V-day look
I guess you have noticed until now...I'm not a huge fan of pinks (except when on lips or cheeks ^^...even then in moderation). I do admit I will always like an old rose shade...But that's about it.
In any case...We can't have a Valentine's Day without some pink....but I still can't help myself to top it off with some purple and green ^^. For all those that love color, that won't stay in a chart....and want some twist to their look...I do hope this will suit your needs!
Tip:
1. I actually don't own a pink shadow...If you're like me, but you have a pink blush, you can use it as a shadow with no problem!
2. Don't over do the eyes and the lips. It will have a too big impact. You can use a same tone, not to over do the look.
What I used:
Face:
*mix between Stay Matte Foundation, shade 1 + a bit of shade 6 + Artistry Self Defining Sheer Foundation, shade Fawn;
* Farmasi, Camouflage Concealer Liquid, shade 03;
* Farmasi, Happy Face powder, shade 03;
* Elf, Natural Radiance Blusher, shade Innocence;
* Miss Sporty, Bronzing Powder, shade Sun Kissed;
* Miss Sporty, Mono Eye Shadow, shade 111 Tender.
Eyes:
* Sephora Pallet (purples, blues and greens, and blacks);
* Ada liner, shade black;
*Farmasi, Catwalk Illusion Mascara, shade black.
Lips:
* Oriflame, Beauty Triple Core Lipstick, shade Love Pink.
Happy Valentine's Day!

Chocolate for the strawberrys - a V'day look
Second on the list, is a deep, chocolate brown smokey eye, just waiting to be tried out with that sexy lace you have brought for Valentines Day.
For all of those that want to be sexy, but still keep it elegant...Why not give it a try?
Tips:
1. No...I do not pucker up my lips. I use different colors to make an illusion. You can achieve this so: color your lips with the desired color; in the center of the lips, put a lighter color => You get an instant 3D effect.
2. You can plump up your lips even more, by highlighting your "cupids bow"...meaning your upper lip's bow. Also...you can use a shade of brown, darker than your skin, to put under your lower lip, creating a shade => more plumpy.
What I used:
Face:
*mix between Stay Matte Foundation, shade 1 + a bit of shade 6 + Artistry Self Defining Sheer Foundation, shade Fawn;
* Farmasi, Camouflage Concealer Liquid, shade 03;
* Farmasi, Happy Face powder, shade 03;
* Elf, Natural Radiance Blusher, shade Innocence;
* Miss Sporty, Bronzing Powder, shade Sun Kissed;
* Miss Sporty, Mono Eye Shadow, shade 111 Tender.
Eyes:
* E. Funkhouser creme eye liner, shade Graphite (put it under the shadows; it will mix with them once you put them above);
* Sephora Pallet (browns);
* Sephora Collections Pencile, shade white;
* Farmasi, Catwalk Illusion Mascara, shade black.
Lips:
* Sephora Collections Lipgloss, shade nude;
* Farmasi, Gleam Rouge Liquide Lipstick, shade 20.

Simple and elegant - a V-day Look
Valentines day is here again and even you have an invitation for a romantic day with your partner, if you are still looking for somebody or you're either not looking at all, just waiting for a Cupids arrow, you look for the day can be a huge hint to your true self.
The first look of the series is a classic vintage look, perfect for the new trend that has been going on some time now. I do hope you enjoy it.
You can go nude all the way, or make a statement and wear a bold red lip (and make a stamp on his shirts collar *evil laugh*).
Tips:
1. Put the red lipstick, stamp it with a tissue and then top it off with a red lipgloss. It will last longer, not make too much transfer, and will still leave some color on your lips, after you eat and drink....or kiss ^^;;.
2. Put some highlighter on the apples of your cheeks, forehead, tip of the nose, upper lip and chin. It will give you a glowy, fresh and healthy look.
What I used:
Face:
*mix between Stay Matte Foundation, shade 1 + a bit of shade 6 + Artistry Self Defining Sheer Foundation, shade Fawn;
* Farmasi, Camouflage Concealer Liquid, shade 03;
* Farmasi, Happy Face powder, shade 03;
* Elf, Natural Radiance Blusher, shade Innocence;
* Miss Sporty, Bronzing Powder, shade Sun Kissed;

Eyes:
* Sephora Pallet (browns);
* Maybelline quad, shade Chocolate Mousse;
* E. Funkhouser creme eye liner, shade Graphite;
* Sephora Collections Pencile, shade white;
* Farmasi, Catwalk Illusion Mascara, shade black.
Lips:
* Sephora Collections Lipgloss, shade nude;
or

Happy 1 year celebration!!
With all the recent events that have been going on around lately, I have almost forgot that my blog had his first year celebration!
I was making a look for Valentines Day (although, in Romania, we celebrate lovers day on the 24th of February, known as Dragobete) and I suddenly recalled last years look. Only just then it hit me ^^;;;;.So as a present to the page and for my readers, I came up with 3 looks, which I will put up in different posts, for them to be easier to locate. I hope you enjoy them!

Silver and brown look - Inspired from "All of the lovers", by Kylie Minogue
A few days back, I attended a birthday party, held in a Chinese restaurant. After a long period of not using make-up, because of some problems my skin had lately due to accumulated stress. So I felt in a more shinny and glowy state ^^. Truth is...I haven't worn grays and silvers in some time....and ever since I saw the video made by Kylie, I wanted badly to try her look out. I made a small change and not go so far with the under soft gray, but in broad lines I followed the look ^^.
What I used:
Face:
*mix between Stay Matte Foundation, shade 1 + a bit of shade 6 + Artistry Self Defining Sheer Foundation, shade Fawn;
* Farmasi, Camouflage Concealer Liquid, shade 03;
* Farmasi, Happy Face powder, shade 03;
* Elf, Natural Radiance Blusher, shade Innocence;
* Miss Sporty,Bronzing Powder, shade Sun Kissed.
Eyes:
* Sephora Pallete (the one with more blacks);
* Miss Sporty,Bronzing Powder, shade Sun Kissed;
* Eveline, liquid liner, shade Black;
* Farmasi, Catwalk Illusion Mascara, shade black.
Lips:
*Gleam Rouge Liquide Lipstick, shades 12 & 13.
I know that black makes my eyes like O.O huuugeeee! But heh.... ^^;;; I love too much my liquid liners.
I do hope you enjoy it and I wish you a nice and relaxing weekend! I know I need it....^^

Say YES - Sephora Collection
Hey guys!
Due to recent events, I once more decided to start writing in English. (I know...you must hate me by now ^^;;; ). I guess I'll be adding up even more hate as I post another review and not a make up...that will come also I promise!!
For today I have something really yummy for your hair! The organic collection from Sephora for your hair, body and face. I tried a while back their lip balm and loved it! Since i can't seem to find any shampoo that won't have SLS or other methyls, propyls and so on, I started a more or less hunt for organic products and ingredients to start making my own.
Since I can't really make liquid shampoo and conditioner, I went ahead and got the "Say YES to.." shampoo and conditioner from Sephora. This line is 95%-97% organic (on what I got, the only thing not really organic is the fragrance), products containing ingredients mainly from carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and blueberryes, but also having other oils and extracts as: Centaurea Cyanus Flower Extract, Olive Fruit Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Green Tea Extract. You can see the other ingredients here ^^.
What can I say about it.....I LOVE IT! I haven't felt my hair so clean, yet smooth and fluffy, in some time! And a little does go a long way...no over the top foam or having to rinse it for good minutes...I really like it!
And even more, quote:
"Yes To is a cruelty-free company and we NEVER test on animals. We love the little creatures!Something we are very proud of is the PETA2 endorsement of our hair and skin care products."
*jumps up and down and claps happy*
Prices were: 45 lei each. ( you can see the prices in euro by clicking on the linked words )
In other words, I recommend the brand with all my heart!! Keep yourself safe and healthy, while helping the planet also!
Hope this was helpful!
