Cheryl Cole - Fight for this Love inspired look by Lauren Luke

My friend wanted a Cheryl Cole inspired look from the " Fight for this Love " video. Browsing the internet for a picture, I found something even better: a video made by the very talented Lauren Luke, the make-up artist that made her debut in posting YouTube make-up videos, inspired from all that surround her. Her work is inspiring and, from my point of view, a true example that should be followed! With this post, I wish to congratulate her and all her effort, in making something truly beautiful!

In the look I made, following her steps, the only things I changed are in not applying so much of the bronzer and liner Cheryl used (because my friend has sensitive eyes) and the colors...because you can do a look even if you don't have the exact colors!

Hope this is helpful! Have a nice week!

Dramatic Pinup, The Classic Look

And now...*drum-roll*... The Pinup Look!! The classical style worn by stars from the beginnings of showbiz. Is is the most elegant and sexy look, easy to change from day to night and perfect for most occasions. Strong lips and perfectly shaped eyes are on the wave now...so try it!!

The look is easy and I didn't use a lot of products, just lots of blending. I primed the eyes with a white and dark cream shadows in order to help the powder shadow stick and last better. The white on the lid and the black on the corner. I then applied a white with gold infusions on the entire lid, crease and under the eyebrow. A tinny amount of purple in the outer corner and blend it well. With a small round brush apply the black in corner above the purple and blend it towards the end of the eyebrow (use a piece of adhesive paper in order to make a strait line or place your finger from the outer corner to the end of the eyebrow), all of the crease, from the outer to the inner corner and a medium amount in the outer corner. Apply, after this, liquid eyeliner close to the lashes and following the strait line of the shadow to the eyebrow. Also smudge it a bit under the eye and blend it with some white from the inner corner. A dark liner on the lashline, a few coats of mascara and your done!

For the lips I used a pencil to line them in a vibrant red and blended it with a lip brush to the rest of the lip. With a darker red lipstick, I filled the lip, but only on the outside zone. In the center, I applied a lighter red to create dimension and make the lip fuller. A red gloss and that is it.

As for the hair, I made a side ponytail and took strands of hair and twisted it in a curls and fixed it next to the ponytail. The one strand on the base was left out, but fixed to appear closer to the face. The bangs were fixed on the side, close to the head. Fixing spray and that is it.

Hope this is helpful! Have a nice weekend!

The beauty clinic

In the last few days, me, my good friend and a very nice products leader, organized some beauty clinics in order to promote a more esthetically look, natural make-up that also protect the planet. These products can only be a acquired from people that work in the business. If you are from Bucharest you can contact me for them, but I do want seriousness. Also if you are interested in working with them, we can also talk about the business plan. But that only if you want.
I wont specify the products because I also worked with some that are gone from the brand. But this is meant to show you how a little care can go a long way.

In this look I used a black liner just above the lashes and smudged it. A light beige under the brow and in the inner corner. A medium brown in the crease and a light green on the half inner lid. In the outer one I used a forest green to bring out the brown in the eyes. Use a little bit also under the eye, blending it with some of the light beige. Two coats of mascara and your done.

This one is the base of a pinup look. A natural and day wearable liquid lined eye with a very natural and nude lip. I also applied half lashes, but my friend has killer natural lashes..and the effect is only the one of thickening.

The last one was a purple with burgundy look. Again...a light beige under the eyebrow and in the inner corner. A light pinkish cream on the entire lid and purple above the lashline. And in the inner corner and crease...the burgundy. Also a little bit under blending it with the light beige, 2 coats of mascara...and your done!

Keep in mind that aesthetic is the most important aspect in ones figure. Use that which work with your figure and skin! Having a clean and radiant skin is very important!! Hope this was helpful. Have a wonderful evening!

P.S. : I also got my part of the treatment! My friend cleaned my face...and them we were "arguing" on what cream to use on me...in the end I left my skin in her hands...and a good thing too, that I did!!
